Details at page 2! MUST HAVE Everyone has 24 hours in a day, but why are some people more productive than others? What can you change to increase your performance and achieve your goals? Start organizing your time better, creating a weekly plan of activities and making small changes that will bring you great results. Make a plan of activities Whether it's a daily, weekly or monthly plan, be sure to write down all the important activities you need to do - meetings, appointments, visits, etc. Work near the window Studies have shown that when working near a window, natural light increases your productivity. Artificial light makes you feel tired and lowers the quality of life. Prioritize List your activities in order of importance. Deal with those that cannot be postponed - a meeting with bosses, meeting a deadline or a visit to the doctor. Do not forget to relax or to go out with your friends. Do not work long hours and do not forget about your free time. Take breaks When you have a lot of work, it is advisable to take breaks to avoid stress. If you have a tiring day and all you want is to stay in bed and watch a movie, do not feel bad about your choice. Enjoy your moment to take a breath! Rest You cannot increase your productivity if you lack energy every day. Make sure you get enough sleep at night and do not let daily stress to impact on your sleep quality. Try to wake up at about the same time every day of the week, even if you tend to laze more during the weekend. This will impact on your everyday rhythm, including your performance at work.
